The opening: Lead Videographer
We're after someone who can take a shoot or a project and lead it, and who'll help us carry on making the work better every year.
What you’d be doing.
Planning and running shoots, from the brief through to delivery
Camera, sound and lighting, on location and in the studio
Stills where the job calls for photography alongside the video
Cutting and grading your own work
Short-form and vertical versions for social
Leading on set alongside Tom, and bringing on the less experienced people around you, which mostly means being generous with what you know
Client relationships stay with us, so you can concentrate on the work rather than the account.
What we’re looking for.
The kind of person who lifts a shoot day, which matters more to us than the software list
Someone who can plan a shoot, run it, and make the calls on the day when things move
Confidence across camera, sound and lighting, whether that's a controlled interview or a live event you get one pass at
A real feel for storytelling, and for what to leave out
Premiere Pro and After Effects, plus colour grading and stills
Something you're properly good at and want to keep getting better at, whether that's motion design, drone, lighting or sound
A full UK driving licence. Most of our work is across Norfolk and Suffolk, with trips further afield
