How we work.
A video project should feel manageable from day one. Here's roughly how it goes.

A proper conversation
We start with a call to understand what you're trying to achieve, who it's for, where it needs to live and when you need it by. The questions are sharp, not generic, so we don't waste your time.

A clear plan and quote
You get a written proposal covering approach, deliverables, timeline and a fixed cost, so there are no surprises later. If something needs to change mid-project, we'll tell you before it does.

Pre-production
Scripting, storyboarding, location recces, talent briefing, scheduling. We do the legwork so the shoot day runs to time and everyone knows where they need to be.

The shoot
Small, professional crews. Calm on set. We get genuine and relaxed performances out of people who don't think of themselves as "on-camera," which is most people.

The edit
A first cut, then UNLIMITED feedback as standard. We keep working with you, to make sure it's right. You'll have a single point of contact throughout, and you'll never be left wondering where things are.

Delivery
Final files in every format you need: broadcast, web, social, vertical, captioned. Plus advice on how to get the most out of them once they're live.
