How we work
A video project should feel manageable from day one. Here's roughly how it goes.
1. A proper conversation
We start with a call to understand what you're trying to achieve, who it's for, where it needs to live and when you need it by. The questions are sharp, not generic, so we don't waste your time.
2. A clear plan and quote
You get a written proposal covering approach, deliverables, timeline and a fixed cost, so there are no surprises later. If something needs to change mid-project, we'll tell you before it does.
3. Pre-production
Scripting, storyboarding, location recces, talent briefing, scheduling. We do the legwork so the shoot day runs to time and everyone knows where they need to be.
4. The shoot
Small, professional crews. Calm on set. We get genuine and relaxed performances out of people who don't think of themselves as "on-camera," which is most people.
5. The edit
A first cut, then UNLIMITED feedback as standard. We keep working with you, to make sure it's right. You'll have a single point of contact throughout, and you'll never be left wondering where things are.
6. Delivery
Final files in every format you need: broadcast, web, social, vertical, captioned.
Plus advice on how to get the most out of them once they're live.
7. Aftercare
The content we captured for you, is yours. We help you rethink different ways to use it and re-use it to make sure you get the most out of your investment.

W're incredibly proud to have so many client's return to us regularly for video production. We don't claim to be te cheapest, the fastest or the best. But we always look after people. Client's, interviewees, members of the public, it doesn't matter. it's just how we operate.

Most of the people you'll want to feature don't film for a living. We make it feel normal, so you get the natural moments rather than the rehearsed ones.
We start with strategy, then move to craft.
A nice-looking film that doesn't serve the brief is just expensive wallpaper. We work out what the piece needs to do first, then design around that.
We're a steady hand on set.
No drama, no last-minute panic, no surprises in the invoice. Many of our clients book us repeatedly because the experience itself is straightforward.
We're local, and we travel.
Based just outside Norwich, with regular work across East Anglia, London and the rest of the UK. We plan travel sensibly so it doesn't inflate your costs or our footprint.
