Who we are.
Revel Studios makes video, photography and design for organisations across the UK. Anglian Water, Norfolk County Council, Visit North Norfolk, Royal London Asset Management and Roarr! are on the client list, alongside plenty of smaller Norfolk businesses.
There are a handful of us, so everyone knows what everyone else is working on and nobody has to go through three people to get an answer.

Where we're going.
We're ambitious about the work. We take on briefs from national brands and public sector organisations with a team you could fit round one table.
We're deliberate about how fast we grow, and we take people on when the work is there and we can look after them properly.
Ambition can turn into people being used up. We keep the shoots calm and nobody here has to chase anybody.
For you, that means your work shows up in most of what we put out, and if you think we should be doing something differently there's nobody in the way of you saying so.
What it's like here.
We run small crews, so on plenty of jobs it's you, one other person and the client.
We look after people. Clients, interviewees, members of the public, and the people on our own team. It's just how we operate.
Shoot days are long sometimes. We say so up front, we feed you, and we don't pretend a twelve-hour day on the Norfolk coast in February is glamorous. The rest of the time you're in the studio at Poringland with the kettle on.

About the salary.
Where you land in the range comes down to how much you can take on by yourself. Someone who can run a job from the brief right through to delivery without much from us is at the top of it.
