Intro
A lot of the teams we work with started out needing a video now and then. Now it's most months - a brand film, a case study, something for the careers page, a batch of cuts for social.

Hiring someone to do it means a salary and a kit budget, and you're back to square one the week they leave. Booking a different freelancer each time means explaining the brand, the people and the places all over again.

We sit somewhere in the middle. You work with the same team each time, who already know how you work, and you only pay for the days you need us.
We do this for organisations across Norfolk, Suffolk and further afield, and several of our clients work with us most months of the year.
What we handle.
We take care of all of it, from planning through to the finished files:

Planning
Working out what the video needs to do before anyone picks up a camera.

Scripts and storyboards
If the job needs them.

Filming
Crew, cameras, sound, lighting, and drone if it's useful.

Interviews
Getting people comfortable on camera, which is most of the job.

Editing
Grading, sound and graphics.

Versions for each platform
Landscape, vertical, square, subtitled and cut to length.

Delivery
In the formats and sizes your team needs.

1
In-house marketing and comms teams who need more video than one person can make
2
Organisations with sites across Norfolk and Suffolk
3
Teams without anyone creative in-house, who'd like one number to call
4
Businesses that tried hiring someone and found the role ended up being two-thirds editing
Who this is for.
A client testimonial will be displayed here once the review has been provided. The full review will be available to read, allowing visitors to learn more about the client's experience.
Client Name
How we work.
1
A proper conversation
What the video's for, who it's for, and what a good result looks like. Usually about half an hour.
2
A clear plan and quote
Scope, shoot days, what you'll get, timings and cost, all written down before anything's booked.
3
Pre-production
We sort the schedule, locations, contributors, permissions and kit, and you sign off the plan.
4
The shoot
We turn up, set up and keep out of the way as much as we can, so your team can carry on working.
5
The edit
You get a first cut, send us your notes, and we do a round of changes. Getting the brief right at the start saves a lot of back and forth here.
6
Delivery
Files in every format and size your team needs.
7
Aftercare
We're still on the end of the phone once the job's done.

What we need from you.
Not much:
1
An idea of what the video's for
2
Access to the people and places we're filming
3
One person who can sign off the edit
4
Brand guidelines, fonts and logos, if you have them
We'll write the questions, run the interviews and bring everything else.

What it costs
Every job is quoted before it starts, because a one-day interview shoot and a brand film across three locations are very different jobs.

As a rough guide:
A single project starts from £2,500 + VAT
Booking several shoot days together works out cheaper, if you know you've got a few pieces coming up this year
Ongoing production starts from £1,500 + VAT a month, on a three or six month term
Tell us your budget and we'll be straight with you about what it'll get you.
Some recent work.

Anglian Water - Just Bin It
Anglian Water wanted to stop people flushing wipes. We made seven campaign edits in three formats for social, web and paid ads, along with animation, voiceover sessions and radio scripts. It all came from one brief and one team, so nobody at Anglian Water had to coordinate four different suppliers.

North Norfolk District Council - Inspiring North Norfolk
The council's Inspiring North Norfolk programme profiles local businesses the district wants to celebrate. For each one we make a film, a set of photographs and a written case study. That was fifteen businesses in the last round, plus the films that pull them all together, and we're now in our third year working with them on a rolling agreement.

GSMA - Climate Action Toolkit
A remote film for GSMA promoting their Climate Action Toolkit, turned round in ten days from brief to delivery.
